Salt Lake City-based Warrior’s Edge delivers exactly what its name promises. The company is focused on promoting CBD oils and other items that help veterans and first responders battle through any mental or physical pain they may have developed after dedicating themselves to their country. The company also hopes to help other “warriors” stay on top of their game through their cannabidiol products. And Warrior’s Edge follows up on this promise in other ways, donating part of all proceeds to several different nonprofits which cater to veterans and first responders, and offering a 20% discount for former or currently active military members.

CBD Clinic, as its name may suggest, is a brand that sells exclusively to healthcare practitioners. It’s an offshoot of Abacus Health Products, a company focused on blending topical treatments with CBD oil to sell over-the-counter. (Abacus itself is a subsidiary of Aidance Scientific, a well-established pharmaceutical company with a worldwide distribution and big-name clients like CVS and Walgreens).

The company offers a range of cannabidiol-infused skincare items, which are meant to serve more serious or chronic problems but can be sold without a prescription. Their products focus on deep muscle, nerve, and joint pain relief—especially for athletes or those suffering injuries—and include various strengths of massage oil, ointments, creams, and “pain sticks,” which let users roll on CBD-infused ointment.

Despite the company’s clinical name, there are no scary scientific-looking words listed on their ingredients list. We like that, aside from the cannabidiol, the rest of the products come from natural sources, including jojoba, peppermint, tea tree oil, cottonseed oil, beeswax, and clove oil, among others. To help the substances penetrate deeply, CBD Clinic utilizes the natural emollients camphor and menthol, as opposed to chemical-treated items found in many other skincare lines.

Prices are not listed for every item, and, as the company is meant to sell to clinicians only, one must register before being able to purchase a product, but the prices listed are typically $90 per unit.

The group says their cannabidiol products are manufactured in cGMP (AKA Good Manufacturing Procedure)-audited facilities and that they obtain hemp from “certified growers,” but that’s not quite enough information for us to award a quality badge.

Still, everything else about this CBD oil company looks aboveboard.

Bottom Line – CBD Clinic seems to offer a safe and innovative product that fits the company’s mission of treating pain with the help of CBD-infused topicals—which you can purchase, as long as you have the right credentials.
